There are some people who think that they could work all alone. But how long? In this world no people could claim that. Mutual understanding and respect play a major roles in any working environment. We as human must respect others so that people could respect us in return.

When you are new into any organisation, you must learn how to adopt and try not too be too aggressive. You alone can't change the whole process or attitude at the entire organisation. Or you will suppress gradually.
