BUDAYA lepak malam

No mood

No mood to work as heading towards the end of the year. No bonus to celebrate new years and to fund for child school fee.

Nothing much we can do. And next year, expect more economic downtime.

Afraid that our economy will affect as well. Then more jobs will be cut down.

Its good to have non-smoking zone at cafeteria in Malaysia. Our should endorse this rule if they are serious to educate Malaysian to stop smoking. Every step must be taken seriously if we want to reduce the cost that was incurred by smoking habit.

Smoking ratio in developed country particularly Malaysia was higher compare Western countries. According to WHO, about a third of adult
smokes. This must be taken seriously as the cost of cigarette could be channeled
to more benefit activities and can be channeled to help the needy in 2rd world countries.

You can't work alone

There are some people who think that they could work all alone. But how long? In this world no people could claim that. Mutual understanding and respect play a major roles in any working environment. We as human must respect others so that people could respect us in return.

When you are new into any organisation, you must learn how to adopt and try not too be too aggressive. You alone can't change the whole process or attitude at the entire organisation. Or you will suppress gradually.

Anyway, learn how to respect others. Avoid to feel that you are so perfect. There's other who are better than you. This must be your guideline when working in the organisation.
